During one of our first trips to Paso we visited Studios in the Park, a non-profit coop of artists right of the main square. Jim, our realtor, had told us about it: it was his wife who had originally started the studios. There, we met Nancy Becker, and fell in love with her style. Her paintings are very much to our taste: subdued and quite dream-like, and they capture the essence of Paso beautifully.

A few weeks ago we finally purchased our first two Beckers! They are Assana's birthday gifts.
