The Spaniard A grilled cheese sandwich class? Oh my! We signed up for the class the instant the schedule was out. After months of anticipation there's always the possibility of disappointment.
And boy, did this class NOT disappoint!
We arrive at the school early, chit chat with the ever fabulous Kristi Bachman of The Cheese School of San Francisco, and then meet Laura Werlin, our instructor and the famed author of "Grilled Cheese, Please!" She is wonderfully nice and cheesy… in a good way, that is!
The next two hours are filled with cheese, wine, great advice on the perfect grilled cheese, a spaniard, tips-n-tricks, and melty gooey grilled cheese sandwiches. We're in heaven! We're looking forward to taking more of Laura's classes, and are hoping the next class includes some bacon!
